Warranty Information for New Way Trading WildCharge™ Online Store Purchases

We warrant all WildCharge™ branded products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Within this period, New Way Trading will, at its sole option, repair or replace a unit which fails in normal use.

Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service.

This warranty is void if the product has been handled or used in any manner which is inconsistent with the instructions accompanying the product or the intended use of the product. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse,negligence, or unauthorized alterations or repairs. This warranty is valid only if the product is used on the device specified on or attached to the product package.

Repair or replacement, as provided under this warranty, is your exclusive remedy. In no event shall New Way Trading be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages whether result from the use, misuse or inability to use the product or from defects in the products. New Way Trading hereby expressly disclaims any and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Some states/countries do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country.
