Shipping Guidelines

Orders for in-stock items received by noon  are normally shipped within the same day.   Orders received for out of stock items will be sent as soon as possible. If delivery will not be within 28 days we will notify you. Your credit card will not be charged until the goods are despatched.

Carriers - All orders are shipped via  Royal Mail  unless otherwise specified.  Next day shipments are available.   New Way Trading Ltd may use any carrier of its choice for shipments, but will usually ship via one of the common parcel carriers including Royal Mail, Parcel Force,  FedEx, or UPS.  

Tracking Number - You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped giving you the shipping carrier's website and the tracking number. That way you can see where your order is anytime you wish!

International Orders

At this time we are shipping only to United  Kingdom and Eire destinations.  We expect to begin shipping to select international destinations, including some European countries, later this year.  Please sign up for our newsletter on the front page of our web site to be notified via email of all the latest and exciting WildCharge and New Way Trading Ltd  news.

Out-of-stock items

Orders placed for out-of-stock items will be filled upon receipt of inventory and shipped via the means specified in the original order.  Please be careful not to unintentionally order  for next day delivery an item that is not in stock; it will still ship via the  method you selected in the order as soon as the item is back in stock. Your credit card will only be charged when the item is ready for shipment to you
