Products may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the ship date.
Return Authorization Required
All exchanges and returns require a Return Authorization number.
For an exchange please email us through the contact us page with your order number and details of what you want to return and what you would like to buy in place of your item, our customer services team will then contact you to confirm your exchange authorisation number and confirmation of your new order
Should you wish to return the item within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund please email us through the contact us page and our customer services colleagues will send you an authorisation number and upon receipt of your item a full refund (excluding the delivery cost) will be credited to your purchasing credit card

If the product is returned in the unopened original packaging within 30 days:
Credit will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid less any delivery costs . Credits will be processed after receipt and inspection at our Distribution Centre.
If the product is returned within 30 days and the packaging has been opened:
A 20% returns fee will be applied, and refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid less the returns fee along with any delivery costs.
Refund of Shipping and Handling Charges:
We will only refund delivery charges if we have sent the wrong or faulty item.
